Can you figure out the answer to these riddles?
1. A a man is walking in the forest when a group of robbers catch him and bring him to their boss. Their boss says "You can say one sentence, if it is true you will be fed to the alligators, if not you will be fed to the lions." He says something and they let him free. What did he say?
Answer: He said "I will be fed to the lions" because if they feed him to the lions it will be the truth, they must feed him to the alligators but than its a lie! So, the robbers didn't know what to do and so they let him free.
2. You are in a room with two doors, one when you go through it will give you money, and make you rich. The other one will kill you! You do no know which door is good or bad. There are also two guards, one always tell the truth the other one always lies. you do not know which is which. You can only ask one of them one question to help you know the right door, what do you say?
Answer: You say "What would the other one say?" Whatever he says, do the opposite. this will help you because if it is the one that always tells the truth he will say the wrong door, because that is really what the one that tells always lies would say. So you do the opposite. If it is the one that always tells lies, he will say the opposite of the one that always tells the truth and that will be wrong, so do the opposite.
